Executive Assistant – Global Client
 
Amazing corporate Consultancy in the heart of Mayfair are looking for an experienced EA to support a dynamic Partner. A fast paced, team oriented environment awaits a bright and proactive PA/EA who thrives when dealing with multiple external stakeholders.
 
Ideally degree educated, well spoken, strong written and spoken English with excellent client relationship skills.

Looking for a really capable EA with strong scheduling and document production skills.  Must have strong word and PowerPoint skills.


The role purpose is to facilitate the smooth running of high level assignments which includes extensive diary management, stakeholder management; and creation of high quality documents. They require an Executive Assistant to fully assist the Partner in each search process and understand the specific requirements of each client. This is a role where you can really get under the skin of what the Partner is involved in, showcase your proven initiative and business acumen and be able operate in a calm and time efficient manner.

Executive Assistant key duties:

  • Extensive and complex diary management and logistics – liaise with stakeholders throughout the process and understand the priorities of the projects.
  • Utilising the database to update all information on an on-going basis
  • Produce reports and high standard presentations for client pitches
  • Produce accurate documentation, take meeting notes and action points
  • Build up great relationships both internally and externally to maximise the scope of the position
  • Managing expenses and accounts
  • Collating and organising reports
  • Producing high level of PowerPoint presentations
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft software - including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
