HR Learning & Development Manager

Rapidly growing Tech / Data Firm have created a brand new role for a Learning & Development Manager to help drive their next phase of evolution and expansion. We are looking for an experienced Learning professional looking to grow within learning and development, to build the value proposition for a specialist talent base and further evolve the rapidly growing organisation.

You will be given a fairly blank canvass to design and drive forward an impactful and credible learning programme within a highly engaged community:

Key Accountabilities:

• The role will involve helping to design a growing and developing learning curriculum, including both technical and leadership programmes. 
• Support programme design and content development, including reviewing and refining existing programmes
• Working with experts to develop/refine content
• Manage programme delivery, recruiting faculty, taking active role in pre and post programme correspondence
• Help develop learning strategy and plans, including defining learning needs, forecasting demand for future programmes and providing input to programme objectives
• Collaborate with Firm Learning to drive content design, leverage existing content and share best practices
• Help facilitate trainings and team learning sessions.

Personal Qualities

• Strong knowledge of training programme design and delivery
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, influencing and interpersonal skills
• Self-starter with high levels of drive and desire to achieve
• University degree with training/learning experience, ideally in a professional services environment
