HR Administrator - Entry level.

Working for a large Financial Services company in the Covent Garden area of Central London this is a great opportunity for someone with a small amount of exposure in HR and a strong admin background to start their career in HR. Initially a temporary role but long term and ongoing, this role could even go permanent further down the line.


DUTIES:
Responsible for new joiner process, from all admin and paperwork to data entry
On boarding the new hires and liaising with line/hiring managers
Following up reference checks and admin around the checks
Update the HR internet pages
Completing exit interviews
Ad hoc HR admin as required

SKILLS required:
Strong administration skills
Experience working in an HR admin role would be an advantage
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent liaison skills with colleagues and external contacts
