PA to Board Members - Sporting charity

PA to Board Members, £38,000 when permanent - temporary to permanent role

Working for a well known sporting events charitable organisation based in the Covent Garden/Holborn area, this is a great opportunity for a PA with some extensive experience to support the CEO and Marketing Director as well as give support to a further 4 - 6 Board level people in the office on a PA basis

Duties will include:
Full PA support
Taking and writing up minutes from dictation and in meetings
Producing Board packs
Organising diaries and travel, including international trips
Liaising with sponsors, contracts, negotiation and general Admin and PA support

Skills required
Extensive Board level PA or EA experience
Must be a strong organiser, able to cope with an ever changing diary, mostly at last minute
Experience as a PA supporting more than one person and managing different personalities.
Strong IT skills
