In this role you will provide broad-ranging operational and administrative support to all the teams within the People Directorate in the delivery of project-based work, as well as day-to-day activities.  

This opportunity provides an ideal foundation for you if you are seeking to start a career in People and Human Resources.

About You
You will have a demonstrable interest in developing a career in a people/HR team where you can learn new skills.  You will have prior workplace operational or administrative experience, have some experience in research and project-based work and be educated to at least ‘A’ Level. 

With a willingness to work as part of a team, delivering on shared objectives, you will be able to build relationships and establish rapport with people.  You will have an organised and methodical approach to managing work and delivery to timescales.
