Live in Private Head Housekeeper - Yorkshire

Fabulous opportunity with 3 bedroom separate accommodation provided, for an experienced private house Housekeeper to live and work in rural north Yorkshire in a beautiful setting for a lovely couple.
 
The clients are looking for a meticulous, proactive and adaptable individual to look after a 10 bedroom residential home near Skipton. The clients are regularly away, but use the house often and also invite guests to stay, meaning the property needs to be maintained to a high standard at all times. Duties include, but are not limited to, cleaning of all areas, laundry care (including delicate items and bedding), travel packing/unpacking, overseeing household shopping and provisioning, receiving and attending to guests, managing the household petty cash, walking and caring for the 2 family dogs who are both very friendly, planning and co-ordinating private events such as dinners and parties with the clients and their PA, waiting and serving at events and running errands.
 
You will be joining a small team including the friendly PA, part time weekly Cleaner, Driver and Maintenance person. There is the option to have a partner, children and/or pets in the cottage provided (utilities not included in the package). Due to the location, you will need to drive.
 
The roles requires someone experienced in a similar position who is willing and able to commit long term . This is more than a Housekeeping role and requires flexibility, a muck in attitude, discretion, a positive ‘can do’ attitude, great communication and top notch domestic attributes.
