Working for a leading addressable TV company which enables advertisers to precision target audiences in on demand, linear and live streamlining TV environments. The company helps advertisers address premium, big-screen viewers as they fragment across an expanding universe of TV platforms.
The EA is going to play a critical role in supporting the CEO to deliver on his global ambitions for the company. The right person will possess excellent organisational and time management skills. The needs of the CEO will define the overall priorities, however the successful individual will be expected to manage and prioritise their own workload and make things happen. A positive, upbeat, and sunny disposition is essential for this role as the people you will be working with share these traits also.
You will need to think ahead of the needs of the CEO and have excellent communication skills to interact confidently and effectively with market and business leaders as well as staff of all levels.
Confidentiality and discretion is vital in this role as you will be privy to information that is highly innovative and therefore must be guarded well.
You will be managing one PA/Team Coordinator and will liaise with IT on all technology issues and the Facilities and Office Manager with regards to the office space.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitoring high traffic inbox, flagging emails in need of action or attention and redirecting where necessary.
- Extensive travel management including taxis, trains, Visas, flights and hotels.
- Managing a complex, frequently changing diary. Ensuring client briefs and documentation are requested and available in advance.
- Handling frequent speaker and panel engagements, liaising with clients, conference and event organisers, and publishers. Keeping up to date records of events.
- Taking a proactive approach, keeping abreast of upcoming deadlines and events, anticipating issues, prioritising and rescheduling diary to ensure CTO’s time and responsibilities are managed according to business needs.
- Working closely with the team on both internal and external events.
- Central point of contact internally and externally for any company queries.
- Managing contacts for CEO, keeping track of communication for priority clients.
- Co-ordinating events and ensuring everything is managed to successful gain.
- Meeting co-ordination: room bookings, catering, equipment, sourcing external venues etc.
- Processing CEO expenses, monitoring and approval of holiday and expenses for direct reports.
- Attending weekly catch up meetings to review diary, changes and to plan for the week ahead.
- Assisting with PowerPoint presentations & research when needed.
- Assist with any other ad-hoc requests
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an EA for Csuite level; event and project coordination experience is important.
- Ability to work confidentially and with discretion.
- Advanced MS Office skills – Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
