EA/PA within Research- Investment Banking- Docklands- £17-£19ph

We are seeking a professional, keen and confident EA/PA to work within a Global Investment Bank.
The EA/PA will be supporting a very demanding MD and ED so you will need to be able to work under pressure and not be fazed with the fast pace environment. If you are a self starter, have excellent attention to detail and have experience supporting a large team you will be great for this role. This is an on-going temporary role so please apply if you are immediately available.

The ideal candidate will have experience of:
*Extensive diary management
*Arranging complex Worldwide and UK travel
*Processing Expenses
*Answering and delivering accurate telephone calls
*Assisting with marketing schedules, conferences and roadshows
*Ad hoc duties

The successful candidate will need to have solid PA/EA background experience within the financial services.
