Registration and Assessment Coordinator / Corby / 6 Month Contract / Starts 9th July.

Your new company

An exciting opportunity has arisen for the right candidate to join our client's team on a fixed term basis. This position is set to last for 6 months and will be a full time post.

Your new role:

  • Act as the point of contact for enquiries on all registration, material and assessment for Centre staff, Learners, and assessment providers for a range of the Institute's qualifications and programme.

  • Registration of Learners across a range of the Institute's qualifications and programmes and the associated activity

  • Printing and supplying learning materials to Centres

  • Produce Assessment Series Timetables and deliver services

  • liaise with external assessors, examiners, verifies, moderators, and databank managers to ensure consistency of assessment, records, information and quality of assessment material

  • Co-ordinate and manage the confirmation of Learner entries for assessment

  • Arrange and administer Examination Venue Inspections

  • Process Claims for Certification

  • Arrange and administer the Examinations Approval Panels

  • Production and administration of Examination Reports and Feedback to Examiners and Moderator

  • Production and dispatch of results and certificate

  • Production and administration of Learner Individual Assessment Reports and Assessment Appeals

  • Maintain accurate and timely assessment records on the Institute's central database



What you'll need to succeed:

  • Ability to work to strict deadlines with a disciplined and organised approach to prioritising tasks with minimum guidance

  • Proven administration skills with the ability to prioritise

  • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

  • Excellent customer care skills

  • Good communication skills; able to communicate effectively at all levels

  • Excellent PC skills, competent user of Microsoft Office, in particular Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and ability to adapt to bespoke systems for customer database management

  • Team player, able to work effectively and confidently with other people

  • Willingness and ability to absorb and understand new information and undertake new working practices, willingness to share knowledge / skills with others

  • Patience and a good sense of humour
