PA to CEO - Luxury Fashion Brand, Temporary Basis

Our client, a successful high-end fashion company, are looking for a PA to support their CEO/MD on a temporary basis.  They are a friendly and welcoming company who are leaders in their field.  The successful candidate will be hard working and efficient, and will have a proven track-record of successfully managing a busy and varied workload. 


 


The role will include:

• Diary management and coordinating internal and external meetings.
• Travel organization and creating itineraries for both business and private
• Providing cover for the receptionist during lunch breaks

 


Working as part of a small and successful team, the ideal candidate will have had exposure to the running of a retail head office.  This is an exciting and varied role, which is perfect for someone who has a proactive attitude, and can come in confidently and hit the ground running.  Previous exposure to high-end fashion is desirable, a high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is vital.
