Showroom Consultant Part time - Luxury Brand

Leading Luxury Brand based in the West End is looking for a part time Showroom Consultant to come on board and join their friendly team for 3 days a week.  This person will be a product and brand ambassador for the company and responsible for providing consumers and dealers with accurate information on products.  Not only will you be a showroom consultant but you will also provide administrative support – dealing with phone enquiries, record and log showroom traffic, ad hoc administrative tasks etc.  This role is a key and active part of the team contributing to the achievement of shared goals.   We are looking for a well presented, articulate individual with a professional manner and ability to maintain a high-level customer service at all times.   You will need to be confident and possess good communication skills and be comfortable working within a busy, retail environment.  In addition, you will be able to develop empathy quickly with prospective clients and prepared to work at the stores busiest trading periods, including week ends.  An interest in food, cooking, wine or hospitality would be an advantage but not essential.  This is a fantastic role for someone who is calm, personable and has a passion for luxury enjoying being surrounded by beauty and quality!
