Are you a highly experienced Executive Assistant who is used to supporting at C-Suite level? Have you had International exposure? Are you available immediately and open to taking on a fantastic ongoing temporary assignment? Are you a natural born organiser and a multi-tasking superstar? If so - this EA role is perfect for you!

Starting at the end of June, in an ongoing capacity, this EA role will be supporting the CEO of a well- known, highly regarded global consultancy firm. You'll be based in one of the City's most iconic buildings, working with a highly motivated team of professionals who are leaders in their field. As well as supporting the CEO, who is an inspirational and charming character, you'll offer additional Executive Assistant support on an ad-hoc basis to one other senior leader. The main remit of the role includes:

• Complex diary management across multiple time zones
• Scheduling meetings
• Coordination of international travel
• Full inbox management
• Client and stakeholder liaison
• Ad-hoc project support

The successful EA will need to have supported at senior exec level in an International environment previously. You'll also need to be able to work with minimal supervision, be confident to use your own initiative to make decisions and solve problems and be extremely detail orientated.

Key experience and skills required for this Executive Assistant role include:

• Strong experience of working as an EA at Senior Exec level
• Experience gained in an International environment
• First class IT skills
• Superb communication skills
• A flexible and adaptable approach
• Experience of working in a highly commercial and diverse culture
