Temporary PA - Creative

We are currently in search of Temporary PA’s who are immediately available to work in a variety of locations across Central London. This will range from week bookings, to several weeks/months dependant on the client. We require PA’s to step into some high profile roles to cover holiday and other absences. All temp roles offer a fast paced and friendly environment that provides plenty of scope to build on your existing skills. You will be working in fantastic offices within Advertising, Digital, Tech, Entertainment, PR and Marketing.

 Responsibilities include: Extensive diary management, complex travel itineraries, scheduling meetings/appointments and effectively prioritising requests. You'll be the first point of contact for your boss or team, and will be expected to carry out all telephone screening, handle a variety of enquiries and proactively manage emails. You will be booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation and organising events.

Personal Attributes: Personable, friendly character, confidence in dealing with senior level management, ability to work independently, motivated self-starter with initiative and ability to work flexibly with unexpected situations/last minute changes, ability to manage multiple tasks and work successfully and accurately under pressure, problem solver with a can-do attitude, and strong attention to detail.
