Charity People is an established Not –For –Profit Recruitment Company, which has been established for over 25 years. We specialise in the recruitment of Marketing, communications, digital, fundraising, data and office support roles within the charity sector. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional talent across these disciplines. Currently we are looking to recruit a recruitment resourcer to join our Marketing, Communication and Digital team to provide support to the consultants within that division.

Your role will be primarily to source suitable candidates for Charity People’s vacancies and to ensure all systems are kept up to date.

Responsibilities:

  • Working with the team to manage searches and ensure timely and effective communications with candidates
  • Using thorough sourcing techniques to identify, attract and qualify suitable candidates for a client’s requirements.
  • Candidate screening and lead generation
  • Maintaining candidate relationships
  • Administrative duties which include, but are not limited to branding CV’s, uploading candidates to the system etc.
  • Monitoring, writing and posting job adverts across all the job boards.

You will have:

  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral
  • Good organisational skills
  • A true desire to help people find the right job and be a good listener
  • A good telephone manner
  • Be tenacious and resilient

This is a temporary position for 1 month with the possibility of extension - paying £11 per hour.
