Our client is an industry leading, global Private Equity firm with an urgent requirement for a temporary administrator. This is an exciting and busy challenge for a career administrator with a flair for organising and managing processes. Specific experience as an Administrator within an HR or Recruitment team essential for this role.

As part of the collaborative, busy and highly effective recruitment and HR team, you will need to be excited by a job that will see you maintaining multiple diaries and in boxes, handling complex scheduling and office logistics all with lightning speed and innate efficiency. In addition, the successful individual should be ready to assist with routine administrative tasks such as filing, scanning and photocopying.

Your CV must be able to demonstrate your administrative flair in a demanding office environment.

Skills required:

Previous HR administration / Recruitment administration experience gained within the financial services industry
Strong MS Office skills
