Leading Global Management Consultancy, in the heart of the West End, have a unique opportunity for a HR Learning Co-ordinator to join a highly regarded Professional Development team within one of the most well renowned Global firms. The London office is responsible for rolling out over 90 learning initiatives per calendar year, including the design and delivery of over 25 different programs. You will be given full responsibility for the complete management of 7 – 8 programs from concept to delivery, whilst working within a very collaborative team and supported by a Learning Administrator:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support Consultants in their learning and development
- Quickly build learning and course knowledge at both a local and Firm level
- Liaise with London learning leadership and professional development
- Develop a network across Firm and local learning communities
- Liaise with external course administrators and faculty, where applicable
- Organise and support London faculty in the running of training programs
- Book venues, facilities and catering, distribute invitations, pre-reading, reminders, maintenance of attendance lists in the global learning database
- Provide on-site administrative support and collate and evaluate course feedback
- Produce statistics for Learning reports and ensure courses are within budget

Knowledge and skills required
