A fantastic role has become available as an HR Project and data Analyst within a Mayfair based Hedge Fund, paying up to £50k plus amazing benefits. This is a genuinely lovely firm that encourages contribution, collaboration and career progression. 

The core responsibilities are, but not limited to:

  • Project Manage the implemetnation of a new HRIS
  • Leading the management of information and analytics required to support every aspect of the HR cycle
  • Providing data analysis around key metrics

    • The successful candidate will preferably be educated to a degree level and have had 3 or more years of HR Generalist experience. This is an analytical and reporting role so you need to enjoy extracting data and to have a very high attention to detail.
