Ideally available soonest. A great opportunity for a first class, very flexible, organised and great all-round EA &  HR Assistant to join this fantastic Global West End Finance company.  You will ideally have EA and HR administration experience ideally within the financial services sector. The company is growing organically and have an excellent reputation in the market.  The role will be process and admin heavy so you must be happy on that side.  You will overseeing all the recruitment co-ordination, HR admin, benefits admin, on-boarding dets.).  Alongside the HR Administrator duties you will be EA to the Global Head of HR - lots of diary management, organising meetings, correspondence, organising conferences etc. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced person to further develop their skills in a challenging and rewarding environment who is happy to roll sleeves up and get stuck in. 

Ideally you will have a few years administration/HR experience alongside PA or Assistant duties.  Graduate calibre preferred but not essential.  You will need to have excellent IT skills and interpersonal/organisation and administration skills. You will have excellent interpersonal skills, be friendly and energetic and who can perform under pressure and keep up with the pace in this busy team.
