Your role

Being part of a busy administration team in a construction company, your amazing organisational skills and attention to detail will keep the complex office diary running smoothly. You will be directing all incoming emails to the appropriate destination, as well as supporting the various heads of departments with general office duties. This is the perfect role for someone with precise abilities to prioritise appropriately.

Daily activities

• Complex diary management
• Travel organisation
• Support various head of departments with office duties
• Maintain meeting rooms and general office space

Your skills & expertise

• Experience in a similar role
• Fantastic attention to detail
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Ability to work under pressure
