This company is all about the culture, they want it to have a real family feel and want everyone to feel that they are on the same level. The office is currently being refurbished, so you will get to move into a beautiful new space right in the middle of the CBD.

Your role

This is a newly created role for the newly appointed CEO. You will be doing everything from diary and inbox management, travel and expenses to organising events. This role would be perfect for someone who doesn't mind doing a bit of everything and helping out in other areas when needed. This is a really fast-paced environment with so much going on, everyone works really hard and it is rewarded at the end of each week.

Daily activities

• Dairy & Inbox management
• Drafting correspondence on behalf of the CEO
• Travel coordination
• Coordinating and scheduling meetings
• Expenses

Your skills & expertise

• Polish, poise and immaculate presentation
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Experience supporting at CEO level
• Board experience
• Excellent communicator
