Our client, a boutique consultancy working within the Financial Services sector, is seeking an Office Administrator to join their City based team on a temporary to permanent basis.
Candidates must be immediately available.
Providing wide ranging support to the Office Manager and consultants, as well as assisting with compliance matters, duties of the Office Administrator will include:
· Answering calls, responding or referring as appropriate
· Electronic document management
· Booking meeting rooms, assisting with travel booking as required
· Preparing Board packs for clients
· Assisting with the preparation of expense claims forms
· Supporting with compliance matters, to include management of Terms of Business Agreements, background screening, internet research, and updating of the client database
· Ad hoc administrative support as needed
Office Administrator - what we're looking for:
· Previous office administration experience is essential
· An administrative or secretarial qualification would be beneficial, but is not essential
· Excellent telephone manner
· A team player with a proactive attitude
· Strong Microsoft Office skills
