My client a Marketing company based in the City are seeking a talented, driven and ambitious Subscription Customer Assistant/Representative, who will be part of a small team responsible for managing all customer interactions as they undertake exciting digital growth plans. This role provides essential insight into the views of the customer and you will be required to provide regular feedback to senior management and the editorial team to help guide future plans. They are looking for an enthusiastic and engaging individual who has excellent communication skills and is willing to work hard, learn and grow quickly and be part of an ambitious and friendly team that is committed to providing outstanding customer service. This is an excellent opportunity for a person with customer service experience who is keen to develop their career in a marketing customer service role.
Duties:
*Gather feedback from customers who do not renew
*Telephone customers to arrange payment when a payment has failed
*Respond to customer enquieries
*Update customer details in the subscription system
*Use in-house database to log and track progress
*Build marketing lists for new subscription campaigns
*Provide monthly reports on performance and customer feedback
Key Skills:
*Excellent telephone manner
*Effective communicator
*Persistence and drive to succeed
*Accuracy to update customer database
