A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a bright, ambitious and hard-working individual to join a unique organisation as an Office Administrator. A varied role, you’ll get the opportunity to assist with all office admin and office management duties as well as involvement in company events, marketing and sales.
Duties:
- Ordering office supplies and stationary
- Looking after meeting rooms
- Liaising with suppliers
- Organising meetings and lunches
- Client management
Experience:
- Ambitious with a ‘can do’ attitude
- Confident working in a fast paced environment
- Strong Microsoft office skills (word essential)
- Ideally 6 months + relevant experience/office experience
- Immediately available (offices based in Central London)
