Our client, a highly respected US law firm, is looking for a top class Legal Sec/ PA to join a busy team within the LITIGATION/ARBITRATION department.

The client is looking for a Legal Sec/PA of outstanding calibre - in terms of presentation, poise, academic ability and exceptional organisational and communication skills.

The ideal person will be a Legal Sec/PA and have worked for a minimum of 4-5 years solidly in a busy City law firm in LITIGATION/ARBITRATION and be skilled on the document side as well as knowing how to organise your bosses' full diary, make extensive travel arrangements, liaise with clients externally as well as internal liaison.

There is a high level of admin involved in the role, including billing and expenses, so candidates should be used to doing this kind of work..
