Great HR opportunity for an analyst/assistant who is confident on working with numbers and figures and Excel.  You will ideally have 1 - 2 years' + experience to work within this small HR team at this prestigious Mayfair based Finance House. You must have excellent attention to detail and be confident  to sit in on meetings with Management etc.  Duties will include:-

* Day to day administration of the company benefits, scheme, compensation and data analysis worldwide - forecasting
* Update employee bens on company database
* Check and reconcile invoices from the Company's brokers and bens providers.
* Workday administration - inputting joiners, leavers etc.
* Annual WorkDay projects
* Produce reports and ensure accurate forecasting and analysis
* Compensation - assist Finance & Payroll teams
* Create new spreadsheets as required
* Review compensation sheets during review time

This is a busy and varied role working with a hardworking team where you will gain lots of valuable experience.  They would love someone who is confident with these duties so can work fairly automously.
