We currently have the pleasure of working with a dynamic Energy client based in London who is currently looking for an Administrator to join their HR team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day running of all HR based administration within the London Recruitment team.
This is a pure administration role and therefore not an entry into HR, although it will give valuable experience and insight into the internal recruitment process of this client.
Your role will consist of; ensuring that online systems run smoothly, maintaining monthly reports, organising meetings, liaising with suppliers and assisting with the recruitment processes as well as other administration duties. You must be highly proficient in the Microsoft Suite, have a 'can do' attitude. Ad hoc support to the team on a daily basis so therefore a strong team player is essential.
