1:1 EA & Roadshow Co-ordinator

A newly created role as an EA to Board Member of prestigious West End Finance company. The role will be a 1:1 role and will be busy and fast paced - liaising with offices worldwide so whilst hours are 9 - 5 you will be required to additional hours as needed. You will be managing roadshows across Europe, providing detailed itineraries and creating presentations. There will be some event management. You will be provide a very high level of support - attention to detail essential. There will be extensive diary management, inbox management, project administration and some assistance with personal duties. We are looking for someone with Roadshow or similar experience, who has supported at senior level and who is flexible, calm and a great multi-tasker.
