A well established FTSE technology company with an incredibly great brand behind them, based in the City, is looking for a dedicated Executive Assistant to come on board on a 1:1/1:2 basis, supporting a C-Suite member. This role will require an EA who is bright, confident, savvy and has a great work ethic. This individual is responsible for a large division and this is a very exciting time of growth for them.

As this is such a senior and pivotal position it would be very beneficial that the successful Executive Assistant comes from a similar industry background as they would understand the processes and procedures.
This role will involve extensive diary management, arranging internal business trips and the coordination of meetings and calls over several time zones, as well as project assistance. Therefore, as you can imagine, the environment will be incredibly fast paced, highly demanding and offer an incredible level of responsibility. As a result, you will constantly have the opportunity challenge yourself and you will have the chance to advance your skill set.

Skills/Experience Desired;
*Recent, demonstrable experience in a similar EA position is preferred but not essential (E. media, tech or retail at board level).
*Ability to handle matters with discretion and professionalism.
*Ability to multi-task.
*Flexible with working hours.
*Excellent organisational and communicational skills.
*Manage your time efficiently and meet deadlines.
*MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel & Outlook)
