Positivity and proactivity are essential attributes to this role, along with exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. If you are currently working in a boutique environment, supported by a previous background in private equity or financial services, this will be key to your successful application.

As an individual you will have extremely high personal standards in terms of presentation, telephone manner and confidence in managing processes. In addition, you will be an intuitive member of the team, knowing all of the company’s individual styles and personalities facilitating a truly successful and smooth running front of house.

Your ability to provide the highest standards of service in a fast paced environment whilst maintaining and building rapport using your vibrant yet professional personality is paramount.

As the senior receptionist, you will be strengthening the existing extremely high standards of all aspects of front of house by:

  • Providing a first class greeting and hosting service to all guests
  • Oversee the reception diary and proactively manage meeting room calendars and pre-empt any potential clashes
  • Arrange couriers, weekly food orders and other services as needed for staff or guests  
  • Manage, motivate and guide reception team members ensuring continuity of cover at all times,
  • A range of other ad-hoc tasks necessary to ensure everything runs smoothly, so a roll your sleeves up attitude is essential

You will be ideally degree educated, but if you can demonstrate ‘raw smarts’ then we want to hear from you anyway!  Exceptional attention to detail and being someone who always goes the extra mile for your role will guaranteed a successful fit.
