The Company: Great news for those ambitious job seekers, a privately owned recruitment and training consultancy in the heart of London's bustling Oxford Circus, W1 is recruiting a new member of their successful recruitment team.

The Role: As a Candidate Resourcer you will play a pivotal role in supporting several consultants. Your job is to find candidates for a variety of positions (from entry level to executives) across many different sectors. You will be responsible for using a number of job sites, social media and an in-house database in order to find candidates, place advertisements and manage the ad response. Organising the consultants' busy diaries is a key part of this challenging role.

The Essentials: A background in sales, admin and customer service will be an advantage, as is the ability to work towards targets. The key to success is the determination and drive to work hard and learn from a team of recruitment gurus.
