A world renowned Hedge Fund is looking for a career-minded Chief of Staff to undertake a multi-faceted Business Assistant role. This is truly a unique opportunity for a degree educated Business assistant who can demonstrate that they have worked within a position and understand the demands of a business and private role (must have evidence of dealing with high profile individuals, senior dignitaries, HNWIs and royalty). The ideal candidate must have evidence of managing a HNW individual in a business and private capacity and be able to delegate the tasks within the team.
To be successful in this Executive Assistant role, you will have:
* Degree level education - 2:1 from a Russell group university
* Evidence of supporting a HNW individual and ideally have managed direct reports
* Understanding of the importance of total discretion and confidentiality
* Exemplary co-ordinating talents including extensive diary management experience
* Exceptional diary management
* Good typing, IT and MS Office skills
* High attention to detail
Key accountabilities within this Executive Assistant position include:
* Extensive diary management across multiple time zones
* Organising complex travel via private jet
* In box management
* Managing, monitoring and drafting emails and correspondence
* Research and writing basic briefing material
* Managing expenses
* Extensive management of business and lifestyle functions
