This is a very unique opportunity for someone quick-thinking and well-presented looking to re-locate to Paris to work for a very philanthropic and inspiring individual and his family. In this role, one can work from home (in central Paris) and there will be a combination of business and personal role responsibilities, as well as the need to attend high profile charity events and presentation nights as a key aid - as well as international travel on occasion!
Experience in regular EA responsibilities including emails, meeting organisation, conference calls and flight and hotel bookings is a must on the business side, and on the personal side it would be a requirement to aid the family in tasks and trips as well as paying bills and checking credit card accounts etc! This role requires someone with excellent written and verbal skills as well as advanced Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel. Discretion, respect and maturity is imperative as this role involves regular contact with VIP household names over written communication, and in person, too.
