We're looking for a highly organised and dedicated Receptionist/Office Co-ordinator to join a dynamic team at a London-based digital agency. The ideal candidate will have experience dealing with clients/customers; have an excellent telephone manner; have massive energy; work proactively; and above all else be extremely house-proud striving for excellence in all they do.
This role is perfect for someone who is self-motivated and is looking to take their first or next step on the career ladder at a fast-paced, ambitious and fun company.
Responsibilities will include:
• Handling & directing calls, taking and passing on detailed messages
• Meeting and greeting clients
• Preparation and set up of meeting rooms
• Purchasing office supplies, stock checking and distributing post
• Ad-hoc duties as required
Other essential skills include:
• Strong attention to detail
• Exceptional organisational and communication skills
• Excellent Microsoft Word and Outlook skills
• Can-do and proactive attitude
