Temporary PA -7 month maternity contract - West End -£15- £16ph
LMA Recruitment are currently recruiting for a superb finance house who are urgently seeking a PA to work alongside a Senior PA supporting the CEO on a 7 month maternity contract. The working hours are 9-5
This is a fantastic opportunity for a step-up candidate who has evidence of administrative or PA experience and who is looking to work as an EA in the financial sector supporting the CEO. We are looking for a graduate calibre individual who has a strong attention to detail, is forward thinking and happy to take on extra projects and immerse themselves in the team.
Applications will be particularly welcome from candidates who are currently working in hedge funds, asset management or private equity, but this is not essential.
Key duties include:
- Diary management
- Travel management
- Processing expenses
- Preparing presentations
- Setting up video conferences
You must have superb interpersonal skills and have excellent Word, Excel and PowerPoint, coupled with MS Outlook.
