Salary: £25,000 pa

The Role

Reporting to the Building Director of 2 of our locations in both Knightsbridge & The City, you will be assisting the Director with the daily operations of their serviced offices. A background in property is desirable where you will be eager to learn and display a genuine interest in the world of property and business, proactively gaining more knowledge in order to enrich your sales.

 

Responsibilities

  • Assisting the Director in the selling of elite office environments to a prestigious entrepreneurial client base.
  • Working as part of a closely-knit team, this is a B2B role that involves contacting warm leads to discuss their office space needs and what our services can offer.
  • This role is well rounded and varied that involves conducting face to face meetings and networking.
  • Assisting with enquiries and directing them to the appropriate team.
  • Managing & updating our internal CRM system.
  • Assisting with office viewings to potential tenants.
  • Amending & sending proposals to clients & liaising with any of their queries as and when required.
  • Sending licensing agreements to clients.
  • Ad hoc administration duties as and when required.

 

What kind of person are we looking for?

Ideally you will be a graduate with some previous selling experience. You will be able to demonstrate strong organisation skills, whilst also being driven, passionate with a strong work ethic. You should take an enthusiastic and proactive approach to learning about this new and exciting world.
