Canary Wharf based global ratings agency is looking for French speaking Sales Administrator to support a busy team with administration and help generate sales contacts and leads.

Description

The role of the French speaking Sales Administrator is to support the Sales team with the administration and submission of contracts, as well as general support tasks.

The successful candidate will support internal sales colleagues with the following:



• Generate sales contracts as required
•  Generate renewal letters when required
  
•  Submit contracts for booking with Sales Operations
  
•  Assist with historical information gathering regarding subscriptions
  
•  Generate client usage statistics from internal systems
  
•  General sales administration
  
•  Ad hoc projects/requests
  

Profile

The ideal candidate for this French speaking Sales Administrator will demonstrate solid administration and customer knowledge, good attention to detail and strong Excel and Word skills.

You will:

•  Have a strong understanding of Word and Excel
•  Have previously worked in a similar role to be able to carry out this role
  
•  Driven and demonstrating a proactive attitude and ability to use initiative
  
•  Excellent attention to detail
  
•  Very good command of business English and French
  
•  Has the ability to take on more responsibility over time
  
•  Knowledge of using Salesforce and other CRM databases is desirable but not essential. Training will be provided
  

Job Offer

This is an 6 month temporary role that could be extended for a French speaking Sales Administrator paying £14 - £17ph dependant on skills
