£26,000 - £27,000 + bonus & benefits
THE CLIENT:
Successful investment firm based in the City, require a well-presented, experienced, upbeat Receptionist within their spacious, modern offices. Excellent working environment, with great benefits including annual bonus, and long term progression.
DUTIES:
- Managing smooth running of Front of House
- Arranging meetings, booking meeting rooms, organising refreshments and lunches
- Greeting clients and visitors
- Answering calls, dealing with enquiries and liaising with clients and visitors
- Responding to emails, sorting post
- Updating database and filing systems
- General administrative support - scanning, copying and filing
THE PERSON:
- Confident, friendly, positive
- Approachable and able to provide a 5-star reception service
- Polished, articulate and well-presented
- Clear telephone manner
