Full Time
To provide full, administrative support to the Temporaries Division and resourcing for Permanent and Temporary Candidates as required.

TEMPS-ONLINE COMPLIANCE AND PROCESS
*To take full responsibility for temporaries' compliance needs
*To manage contractual obligations with clients specifically Rullion, Allegis and Datum; ensure compliance is properly completed for any new temp that is placed and ensure that all compliance checks are done correctly.
*To generate contracts for limited company contractors and ensure all workers have logins for the RPO system, so they can enter their time.
*To ensure that every temp (either current or leaver) is referenced to the level required by the client and if needed, manage the relationship with the outsourced referencing business.
*To ensure all candidate/temporary records adhere to compliance regulations and have all necessary paperwork on Adapt including right to work.
*To ensure accurate and complete confirmations are sent to both temporary workers and clients.
*To ensure all clients details and contracts are correct on Bond Adapt.
*To ensure starters and leavers are entered onto Bond Adapt correctly.
*To understand the payroll process (there is a part-time Payroll Manager)
*To understand the relationship and obligation of the outsourced payroll company Engage.

CLIENTS
*To ensure that new clients are on the system accurately and with all necessary details.
*To ensure that accurate confirmations are sent to clients.
*To deal with client queries that might arise.
*To take details of new bookings.
*To deal with general queries, such as temp sickness/absence etc.

TEMPORARY WORKERS
*To ensure that candidates have a positive experience in dealing with ROC and attended to in a professional manner, thereby ensuring that they return to ROC when seeking employment in the future
*To be able to deal with all temp queries ie with regards availability to work, their portal, pay rates, timesheet approval, payroll queries, HMRC queries.
*To take ownership of Availabilities List and keep this up to date
*To ensure that key words are completed

RESOURCING FOR CANDIDATES - TEMPORARY AND PERMANENT
*To place ads on job boards appropriately.
*To assist temps team with Candidate Resourcing
*To assist the perms team with Candidate Resourcing
*To find creative methods to resource candidates.
*To assist temps team with business development through obtaining job vacancy leads

DATABASE MANAGEMENT- ATS
*To ensure candidate are tracked by placed, non-placed and other so that regular communications can be made by marketing i. anniversaries, birthdays, job updates etc.
*To manage all e-shots to both candidates and clients - Marketing?
*To maintain overall accuracy of temp's candidates and clients on Bond Adapt system

OTHER DUTIES
*Set up desks for new starters in the business.
*Manage mobile phones.
*Manage office supplies, stationery, printer, teas/coffees.
*Get meeting room ready for meetings.
*Go to the Post Office as required.
*A person "Friday" who will take up ad hoc office admin duties as required.
