PA to FD

We are looking for an experienced PA to support the Finance Director of highly respected central London Property Investment and Development company.  We are looking for a well organised candidate with excellent communication skills to provide general secretarial support to the FD and wider team. You need to be a dynamic individual who enjoys working in a busy, fast paced environment.  A large part of this role is focused on the planning and management of extremely busy diaries, business meetings / functions and travel arrangements.  As such we need a candidate who can multi task and liaise at all levels and is able to maintain an outgoing and friendly approach at all times to build positive relationships with others both inside and outside the business. Ideal candidate will have previous senior PA experience working in a demanding role within a professional environment.    You will be a team player with energy and focus and always prepared to “go the extra mile”.  This really is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced PA to support at a very senior level for a fantastic company who really do look after their staff!
