I am recruiting for a highly experienced Team Secretary, who has previously come from the Insurance industry. This role is an urgent position, and my client is needing the support as soon as possible. This role is located in the City and requires strong administration experience. You must have experience with supporting a large teams, and cope with working in a demanding environment.
You will be assisting an Underwriter and need to have the ability to be the gatekeeper for all members of staff. No two days will be the same, so its highly important you prioritise your workload accordingly and your attention to detail is impeccable. Some of your day to day duties will include: Intense travel arrangements (international and domestic)/ Processing expenses / Minute taking / And organising a preparing reports.
When you are the acting Team Secretary you must have an advanced understanding of all Microsoft packages. My client feels it is highly important to demonstrate excellence in all the work you deliver, it is important you give 100% at all times in this role. Building rapport and trust with all members of staff, will be recognised.

- General understanding of the Insurance industry (Ideally the London Market).
- Diary Management.
- Travel and Visa arrangements.
- Coordinate and manage meeting room arrangements for the whole team.
- Process and prepare expenses.
- Providing cover for the team when needed.
- Flexible approach in your work and tackle all duties with a matter of urgency.
- Attention to detail.
