Business Centre Coordinator

Are you an experienced receptionist who is used to working in a very busy environment? Do you take pride in the level of Customer Service you provide?

Our client is currently looking for someone to join their team as soon as possible on a permanent basis.

Who will you be working for?

Our client is a leader in financial services training and has developed an outstanding reputation for their innovation, enthusiasm for teaching and commitment to client service.

This position will be City located and only a few steps from surrounding bars, restaurants and shops, creating an exciting and bustling atmosphere.

What will you be doing?

In this role you will be working within a team of two onsite providing Client facing Customer Service and support within a training centre. You will be the first point of contact for all queries via e-mail, in-person at the main reception, via telephone and the helpdesk.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Meeting and Greeting visitors
  • General reception, answering the switchboard, email management, attendance checks and general operational support.
  • Setting up classrooms.
  • Process incoming and outgoing material.
  • All other general administration as required.

About you?

You will be an experienced Receptionist or have worked in managed services. In additional you will also need:

  • Min 2 years experience of working within a similar position
  • You will be immaculately well presented
  • Good working knowledge of a range of IT systems
  • Have an excellent telephone manner
  • Ability to build rapport with range of different types of personalities
  • Professionalism and consistency
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Demonstrates concern over client perceptions
  • Happy working in fast paced demanding environment
