Salary £20-40K plus bonus and benefits.

Our client are a niche Executive Search firm based in the City of London. They are seeking a bright and engaged Graduate who is keen to learn and develop in the Executive Search process.

The role will involve meeting with clients to assist with job briefings, extensive client research to gain a fuller insight into the client, competitors and potential candidates for each Search. The role will also involve calling senior level individuals so you will need to engage them in the process and book them for meetings. Administratively the role will involve database work,organizing interviews, travel and accommodation.

The role will involve a number of search projects at any one time, so we are seeking an individual who wants to get involved, can work independently, has an inquisitive mind and is client facing and confident at speaking with senior level individuals.
