An exciting opportunity is now available for an Office Coordinator to join a London based Investment Management Company. There are currently 28 people in the team which offers a friendly, hardworking and upbeat atmosphere. As Office Coordinator you will assist the busy Office Manager with day-to-day responsibilities.
As Office Coordinator, your duties will include but not limited to:
Meeting and greeting all visitors, providing a welcoming and friendly introduction
Supporting the Office Manager with duties such as maintaining meeting rooms, managing all office supplies and assisting with staff enquiries
Providing PA support to the CFO when required, including organising appointments and preparing meeting materials.
My client is looking for an individual that has some previous experience working in an administrative role; ideally within financial services although this is not a requirement. The right candidate will possess outstanding communication skills and be well written. This is a small and hugely successful company that take a lot of pride in what they do - to be successful in this role as Office Coordinator, you will be upbeat and work with a positive, friendly and professional attitude
