HR Officer

An incredibly reputable and large financial organisation, based in the city is looking for a HR Officer for a fixed 12 month contract.

This fantastic opportunity will give you exposure within a dynamic environment, where you will liaise with all levels across the business, the primary purpose of the role being to advise upon all incoming queries on all HR policies and procedures to include benefits, onboarding, terms and conditions, referencing and more. There's a real chance to develop your experience within Human Resources; you will be the face of HR for employees, managing all queries, logging them effectively and responding within specified timeframes. You will work closely and act as the link to your HR colleagues implementing change where appropriate. This role will require a high attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

This is a role which will give you great exposure to all aspects of HR as well as working for an established and reputable company within a large HR function and attractive working hours of 9am-5pm and a fantastic bonus.

Skills/Experience Desired:

• Recent demonstrable experience with Human Resources is preferred.
• Large international company experience preferred.
• Be people focused with an ability to offer solutions and guidance in an effective manner.
• Very strong interprsonal skills
• High attention to detail.
• Confident using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
