The duties of this role will include coordinating meeting arrangements, diary management, arranging large conference calls, creating presentations, organising international travel organisation, formatting documents and maintaining the CRM system.  Along with the traditional EA duties you will also be responsible for researching projects and managing marketing events.  

Flexibility is vital- when important press releases are taking place a 7am start is required, so this is not suitable for someone looking for a 9-5 role.
