This well established, City based Professional Services firm are seeking a proactive and adaptable Office Administrator to join their busy team.
Amongst the wide ranging responsibilities of the Office Administrator will be:
· Supporting Fee Earners with the mail out of correspondence
· Logging cheques onto the in-house database
· Processing post
· Managing office supplies and processing orders for the office; updating supplier spreadsheets
· Providing Reception cover for breaks and sickness
· Assisting Partners with administrative duties relating to market research and business development
· Working with the Location Manager on facilities and building management issues
· E-filing of documentation
· Data processing to include uploading new shareholder information, completing onboarding procedures, and undertaking bank statement analysis
Office Administrator - what we're looking for:
· Previous experience within an Office Administration role with wide ranging responsibilities, working for a corporate or Professional Services firm
· Excellent numeracy and analytical skills
· Adaptable working style; happy to take on additional responsibilities when needed
· Quick to learn new systems and processes
· Intermediate to Advanced MS Office
