Executive Assistant - Hedge Fund

An international hedge fund based in Mayfair, is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join their team and support 2 Senior Portfolio Managers with very adhoc support to 2 Analysts. A wonderful opportunity for someone who has strong personal assistant or executive assistant experience within financial services and is looking for a new challenge.

Duties include;

• Extensive diary management 
• Booking internal and external meetings 
• Producing complex itineraries and booking transport and hotels 
• Processing expenses 
• Personal support including but not limited to booking appointments and holidays 
• Liaising with clients 
• Working on special projects 
• Participating in elements of the research process
• Training junior staff members 
• General administration duties 
• Extensive inbox management 
• Liaising with other senior stakeholders within the business 
• Producing documentation 

Skills required;

• At least 10 years' experience within a personal assistant or executive assistant role 
• Ability to liaise with all levels of seniority 
• Strong MS Office knowledge 
• Experience within financial services is essential 
• Confident
