Office Manager/PA – Insurance firm in Canary Wharf - Up to 35k
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a proactive, polished and enthusiastic Office Manager/PA to join a highly successful Insurance firm and fantastic team in the Canary Wharf.
This role is highly autonomous where no two days will be the same and you will be able to really make this role your own. You will thrive off being the ‘go-to’ in the office, meeting and greeting high profile clients, managing meeting rooms and diaries, as well as answering the phone in a professional and confident manner.
You will also take control of running the office ordering all stock and stationary, organising fun team social events and assist the team with all expenses, booking all international travel, extensive diary management as well as binding and preparing presentations for 4 Senior Directors. You will be a key figure within the business and be able to take ownership of all tasks in hand.
The successful candidate will be mature, keen to take on a new challenge and have previously worked within the finance or law industry. This is a great company with progression, excellent benefits with a great culture and fantastic bonus!
