My client a leading Law Firm based in London are seeking a Service Delivery Manager to join their Legal Technology Team. This is a fantastic and exciting opportunity for an individual who has an understanding of Legal Service offerings to manage the team.

The opportunity:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the lawyers and clients needs and the benefit of legal technology.
  • Work directly on matters with lawyers and clients.
  • Keep an eye on legal market trends and capture feedback from products that already exist.
  • Build strong relationships with lawyers to be viewed as a "trusted advisor", delivering at the pace of the client needs.
  • Focusing on promoting the relevant use of existing Legal Technology toolkit to lawyers.
  • Identify challenges to be addressed in collaboration with the product management team.
  • Promote the usage of training materials.
  • Support Business Development teams and demonstrate a competitive advantage in efficient and integrated legal service delivery.
  • Be the representative at meetings and ensure that processes and best practice are shared across the network.

The ideal candidate:

  • Previous experience delivering process improvements
  • Excellent communicator and strong influencer
  • Previous management experience
  • Passion for legal technology
  • The intellectual rigour and insight to be credible with a highly intelligent and experienced internal and external client base
  • Previous experience of working for a global professional service environment or corporate organisation, ideally with legal technology
  • Some advanced expertise in at least one Artificial Intelligence Legal Technology solution.
  • Preferably with some experience of Agile delivery practices and working with Product Management teams and tools (Agile Central, JIRA, User feedback tools, etc.)
