1:1 Executive Assistant to Founder / CEO - boutique finance environment.

1:1 EA position, offering dedicated support to the American founder of a successful, established investment firm.

The right PA will need excellent IT skills and have proven experience of managing inboxes, booking complex travel itineraries, diary management and supporting at a senior level. This role is fast paced and you must have an exceptional eye for detail in order to keep one step ahead of the Founder and ensure that he is fully prepared for the day/week ahead.

Must be used to last minute alterations and prioritising an ever-changing workload in a busy, corporate environment. Advanced PowerPoint and Excel are also essential for this role.

Established, well-regarded finance company whose sociable, friendly team is around 80 in South West London (zone 1).

Salary £50-£55,000 dependent upon experience, plus excellent benefits including bonus.
